Pepper Mill World
The place to buy your custom made peppermill, salt grinder or herb mill
at huge savings over those other internet purveyors.. We hand make all our mills from either solid blanks
or blanks we custom laminate. I can make mills similar to the ones seen on the sarah moulton or oprah show made by Pinky Martin.
Our specialty is heirloom North American hardwoods, but we can
also provide any combination of commercially available woods you prefer,
including exotics.
Each mill is finished with a minimum of 10 coats of either High
Gloss lacquer, Polyurethane, or "Hut Crystal Coat", rubbed and buffed
as required. Each mill comes with a "Birth Certificate" detailing materials
used, operating and care instructions. Each mill is numbered and signed
by Rob Brewer, master craftsman.
All mills utilize an American made guaranteed for life stainless
steel grinding mechanism that is adjustable from fine to coarse with
the twist of a knob. Ceramic "Crushgrind" mechanisms are available as an option.
Due to variations in wood and the whims of the craftsman, no
two mills are the same.

that may or may not be immediately available. Please e-mail for availability.
Non stock items usually ship in 14 days or less.
My standard sizes are 4", 6", 8", 10", 12" and 14". I will, however,
make larger sizes up to 24" on special order.
If you have a particular style or design in mind, e-mail me a sketch and a quote will be given.
We are now offering matching salt grinders in 4",6",8",or 10" tall versions of the Pepper mill. The mechanism is constructed especially for salt grinding. The herb mills are identical to the peppermills. One of the last remaining handcrafted items still 100% American made and using 100% American made components. Nothing imported is used except for some exotic woods.

Prices are $7.00 per inch (U.S. funds) for native hardwoods.
Exotic woods will be quoted as requested. Crushgrind mechanisms are an additional $25.00 per mill.

You must be completely satisfied with your mill. If for any reason within 30 days of receipt you are not satisfied, simply return the mill postpaid for a full refund less shipping costs.
